Each visit (‘a visit’ is per group not per person) booked via the website and made to the Wallace Park show homes between 19 and 27 of August will count as an entry. It is free to participate in the competition and requires own transport to location, only visits within the specified timeframe will be included.
The opening date for entries is 2.00PM on 19/08/23. The closing date for entry to the prize draw will be 17:00 on 27/08/2023. After this date no further entries will be permitted. The prize draw will not be extended beyond this time and date.
The prize draw is open to residents in Scotland aged 18 years or over, except Ambassador Living employees, their families, agents or contractors, anyone directly connected with Ambassador Living or any third party associated with the administration of the prize draw.
The prize consists of a £700 voucher contribution towards a stay in the Pavillion Suites and a spa treatment at the luxury Fletchers Cottage at Archerfield, East Lothian, further details on when the voucher is valid will be shared with the winner. If successful, a sales consultant will be in contact to discuss further details.
Only one entry per visitor will be accepted. Visitors must be registered on the Ambassador Living database through the RSVP form on the website and our sales consultant will confirm entry.
Ambassador Living reserves the right to exclude any entries which it believes are fraudulent and/or submitted by misconduct.
The prize is non-transferrable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for any cash alternatives in whole or in part. The destination venue will be provided the winner's details following the draw and any amendments or date changes will be made directly with the venue.
One winner will be chosen by a random draw at the Ambassador Living head office by a computer-generated name selection process on 28/08/2023.
Ambassador Living will contact the winner by email if further information is required to validate the entry. The information requested must be given to Ambassador Living within 3 days of request. The winner's prize will be forfeited, if the entrant does not provide the requested information within this timeline and Ambassador Living will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process set out in these Terms.
Once a winner has been selected (and if applicable verified), Ambassador Living will contact the winner by email and ask them to claim their prize by providing their full name and preferred contact details within 5 days. If the winner fails to do so within this timeline, the winner's prize will be forfeited and Ambassador Living will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process set out in these Terms.
Once claimed within the specified time, the prize will be sent to the winner via post or email within 3 days of being notified of their win.
Once the winner has claimed their prize, the winner’s details will be published and announced on Instagram, LinkedIn and Facebook.
Ambassador Living must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid prize draw took place.
If the entrant objects to their name or winning entry being announced and published or made available, please contact Ambassador Living [using the contact details outlined below]. In such circumstances, Ambassador Living must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
The decisions of Ambassador Living are final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
All entrants consent to Ambassador Living collecting, storing and using their personal data submitted with their entry for the purpose of the prize draw only.
